Family Tree House

Our special treehouse stay in Wayanad spans 750 sq. ft. and includes one accommodation with a queen size bed and one sofa cum bed, this is comfortably hosting up to four guests—either two adults and up to two children below 18 years or one adult and three children below 18 years. It’s the only treehouse that accommodates families with children, providing an adventurous and cosy retreat high in the treetops, ensuring memorable moments for all ages.

Tree House Rules

This is an adventure camping facility.

• Tree houses are anchored onto trees detached from the ground and not on stilts, located approximately 400 meters from the campus, except for the family tree house.
• Food, alcohol & smoking are strictly forbidden in the tree house.
• Children below 12 years are not allowed (only family tree house permits children below 12 years).
• Use the tree house staircase with caution.
• Tree houses have 15 to 65 steps and range from 30 to 85 feet above the ground level.
• Guests with cardiac, arthritic, or other medical conditions are not permitted in the tree house.
• Remember to keep all your valuables, like cameras, inside the bag provided, and all windows and doors closed while you are away from the tree house. Only basic camping attire and amenities will be permitted on the tree house. (Cloakroom facility is provided for the balance luggage.)
• No inflammable/corrosive items are allowed.
• Do not lean on the balcony.
• Only the occupants are allowed into the tree house. No visitors, even if they are residents or relations to the occupants of a tree house, will be allowed to get on to the tree house.
• The resort management will not be liable for accidents from the tree house stairs or from the tree house in the event of non-observance of instructions from the resort staff.
• The reservation will not be honoured or compensated in any manner if the above clauses are not met. Kindly send an email back to confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the "Tree House Rules."
