Terms & Conditions of Vythiri Resort, Wayanad

• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.
• Any claim arising in connection with services offered by Vythiri Resort shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala.

Hotel Policy

• It is mandatory for all guests 6 years and above to submit a photo ID proof (PAN card is not accepted as ID proof).
• All NRI guests / foreign nationals and diplomats are required to carry their OCI /Passport and Visa.
• Check-in will not be permitted without producing a valid photo ID proof
• Pets are not allowed.
• All Rooms are Non-Smoking.
• In case of shifting of rooms, kindly bear 2 hours for the shifting accommodations.
• To help us preserve the natural environment and maintain the eco-friendly ethos of our resort, we kindly request our guests not to bring outside food or beverages onto the property. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in supporting our sustainability initiatives and helping us maintain the pristine surroundings for all guests to enjoy.
• Guests are also requested to treat all resort facilities, furnishings, and amenities with care. Any damage to resort property, whether intentional or accidental, may result in appropriate charges and further action by the management.
• If any violations of these guidelines are observed, the management reserves the right to take appropriate action as deemed necessary.

Cancellation Rules

• Any amendments or cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur a fee of 10% of the total package value for the booked period.
• For amendments or cancellations made between 30 days and 15 days prior to the check-in date, a fee of 50% of the total package value for the booked period will apply.
• Any amendments or cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date will result in a 100% charge of the total package value for the booked period.
• Please note that cancellations or amendments are not permitted from December 21st to December 31st (both dates included).

Refund Policy

• In case of a refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted in addition to any applicable cancellation fees.
• For credit card transactions, refunds will be processed exclusively to the bank account of the respective cardholder, after deducting bank service charges.
